Using the marketplace
You must provide accurate account and listing information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use the marketplace lawfully. You are responsible for the content and claims in advertisements you submit and for complying with laws that apply to the goods or services you offer.
Advertisements and review
Advertisements are subject to review before publication. ඇඩ් ගෙදර may approve, decline, pause, or remove a listing that is misleading, unlawful, unsafe, infringing, or otherwise inconsistent with these terms. A seller may edit and resubmit a listing for review. Approval does not mean that ඇඩ් ගෙදර independently verifies every claim in a listing.
Fees and payment
The current free listing allowance and any fee for additional listings are shown in the marketplace before submission or payment. Fees are charged per eligible paid listing at the amount displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by PayHere; payment provider terms may also apply. A paid listing fee is for the listing service and does not guarantee a sale or buyer response. Refund requests are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
Transactions between users
Unless a checkout explicitly states otherwise, ඇඩ් ගෙදර provides a platform for users to discover advertisements and contact sellers. Buyers and sellers are responsible for verifying details, agreeing on transaction terms, and completing their transactions safely. ඇඩ් ගෙදර is not a party to transactions between users.
Content and permission
You retain ownership of content you submit. You allow ඇඩ් ගෙදර to host, display, and technically process that content as needed to operate, promote, and secure the marketplace. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.
Suspension and changes
We may restrict access when needed to protect users, enforce these terms, or comply with law. We may update the marketplace and these terms; updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
